Evaluation

What was your aim? Raising awareness, getting help, money, getting involved- what was the audience supposed to do/ feel? Did you achieve the aim?

The aim of the advert we made for stand up the bullying was to make people aware that bullying goes on very day in many different places like school, work and many different places. We did focus on bullying that takes place in school because it was the easiest could do because we are teenagers and are audience also are teenagers we thought it would make more sense for us to have the advert take place in school as that is where a lot of bullying take place.
The audience were supposed to understand that bullying in school is a very common thing and should be taken very seriously. The advert was supposed to show how easy it is to get bullied but how easy it is also to get the help you need if you are being bullied.
I do think that we did achieved what you wanted to of course we could've improved in some aspects I feel like the time you were given and things we had to change at the last minute I think we did very well with the little time we had.

Original ideas- Corey’s pitch? Storyboards? Evident in final edit? If you did make changes, why and how? Plan B.
we had to change original idea. This was because the idea did not represent or help us represent how bullying is bad. The original idea we had show the audience the audience that it was OK for the the person how is being bullied that it is OK to do the same thing to the bully that the bully did to them. That was not not the message we wanted to show the audience. We also have to change the storyboard for the the advert we're making. This was because we had too many scenes and to do all of them would have taken too long to film. so we decided to cut down all the very long scenes. We also had to change the song we were using in the advert because it did not work for the advert as much as we wanted it to work.
Strengths and weaknesses in planning? Pr-production documents, locations, call sheet, storyboards.
The strengths of our advert was we knew what we were doing we had the occasions and we have we had finished all of the storyboard and all the other work we had to do which really help us know what we were doing. The weaknesses of our advert was the actors saying they could be in it couldn't do it so we had very short notice to do it all yourself and the trouble was we already films half of it with the actors. After we decided to be the actors it was easier because we knew what we wanted. We also couldn't use the cameras on the last day because one of our scenes got detailed. The only thing that helped us was one of the people of the in my group said we could use their camera.
How did filming go? Team work? Actors? Shots? Re shoot? Practice shots?
Editing- techniques- Premier Pro. Transitions, sound. Timeline, effects, slow-mo.
Filming went very well after we knew what we were doing we did not do many test shots because we didn't have the time to because we only had like two days to film and edit the whole film. We did do a lot techniques when we were editing we used a lot like Slow Mo shots when the character was being bullied and we also had to edit text messages the bullied victim was getting from the bully which was very long and hard to do. We also used transitions but make sure they were very smooth and link to what we were doing in the last scene. Overall i think that we as a group did very well although not all of my group members helped with the filming the people who did worked very well and it showed in the final product.
Audience feedback. Summaries the key comments from class. Agree/disagree? Target for next project.
A lot of the people in class say that the advert we made was very good and that the fact we did not have a lot of time to do it which is even more impression at that fact. They also want said they liked to text message bubble that we used because it liked very good. They did say that we should of put the #standuptobullying logo at the end of the advert so that the audience knew that it was a advert for #standuptobullying. They also said that the camera was a bit shaky at some bits and that we should've redo the shots that were shaky. Having say that the people in our class did say that the advert was very good.

  1. A thorough evaluation and you do consider whether or not the campaigning film meets the requirements of the brief. You draw on audience feedback, and outline strengths and weaknesses. You evaluate the changes you made. You need to proof read (out loud if possible) and correct some typos! Vanessa
